The Ericksonian & NLP Practice Group is a small, supervised practice space for practitioners who have completed my Ericksonian / indirect hypnosis and NLP training with me. It exists to give you a regular, supportive environment to keep your skills alive in the real world, build confidence, and stay connected with like‑minded colleagues rather than practising in isolation.
Who this group is for
This group is exclusively for people who have completed my Ericksonian / Indirect Hypnosis and NLP training. It is not a general public group, and it is not an introductory course. Attendees are expected to already have a basic working knowledge of hypnosis and NLP and to be willing to both give and receive respectful, constructive feedback.
- A practising hypnotherapist or NLP practitioner who wants to stay sharp.
- Someone freshly trained who doesn’t yet feel confident taking paying clients.
- A more experienced practitioner who wants fresh ideas, new patterns and a place to experiment safely.
Purpose and benefits
- Provide a regular, safe space to practise Ericksonian and indirect approaches in a structured way.
- Help you translate skills from training room to real clients.
- Build confidence and fluency so you are less likely to “go back to old habits” in sessions.
- Offer community, peer support and accountability so you’re not doing this work alone.
By attending, you can expect to:
- Keep your language skills and patterns active rather than letting them fade.
- Try out new ideas and ways of working with real people in a low‑pressure setting.
- Get feedback and coaching from me and from peers who share the same model and vocabulary.
- Feel more ready to charge appropriately for your work, rather than falling into unpaid “therapist friend” patterns.
What happens in a typical evening
- A short demo, teaching segment or live piece of work to spark ideas.
- Clear, structured exercises in pairs or triads, based around real‑world client themes.
- Time to debrief, ask questions and unpack the patterns being used.
- Space to bring your own client cases (anonymised) and explore options together.
The emphasis is on doing rather than just talking about techniques: you will be actively practising, not simply listening to theory. Group size is deliberately small (typically up to 12 people) so that everyone has time to work, receive, and observe.
Location and format
- Venue: The Harmony Hub, 26 Market Street, Chorley, PR7 2RX.
- Format: In‑person, small group practice with access to breakout spaces for pair and triad work.
- Structure: Evening sessions (around 2 hours), with arrival shortly before the start so we can begin on time.
- Frequency: Currently planned as a recurring monthly (or semi‑regular) practice evening. Specific dates and booking links are shared with eligible graduates.
How to join
Because this group is only for people who have already completed my training, it is not openly advertised or bookable by the general public.
To join the practice group:
- You must have completed my Ericksonian / Indirect Hypnosis and NLP training.
- You will then be invited into a dedicated WhatsApp group for practitioners.
- All practice‑evening dates, details and booking links are shared in that practitioner WhatsApp group.
- Places are limited for each evening and are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis via pre‑paid tickets.
Booking and cancellations
Practice evenings are booked by purchasing a ticket in advance (details provided in the practitioner WhatsApp group). Numbers are capped so that everyone has space to work; once a date is full, bookings for that date close.
Tickets are generally non‑refundable, except if I have to cancel an event. If you can’t attend after booking, you’re welcome to gift or sell your place to another suitably qualified practitioner, as long as you let me know who is coming in your place.
